Having painted in all mediums and particularly enjoying both Watercolour and Acrylics, my real love is using mixed media. Whilst studying for my City & Guilds qualification I was introduced to mixed media painting. Since then I have enjoyed the freedom it provides to explore and create by making the most of strong colours and exciting textures. Impressionism has always been an inspiration and I like to incorporate an element of this into my mixed media pictures. I enjoy painting a variety of different subjects inspired by the fabulous views of the sea, the coast and our Cornish countryside.
