My paintings are responses to nature and life. Boundaries of land and sea, colour and surface, objects and thoughts, memory and imagination paintings (mainly oil on canvas) to challenge and inspire. Since relocating to Cornwall I have been responding to the stunning estuaries, moors and skies of my everyday surroundings in this area of national outstanding beauty. I have recently painted a whole body of work about the Tamar and Lynher valleys. I exhibit in many galleries nationally. My newly renovated barn studio is a few minutes from the Lynher estuary.
